General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 PROPERTY RIGHT
Die Venetian Violin Luciano Pollato KG retains exclusive ownership until the goods are completely paid.
§ 2 REVOCATION RIGHTS INFORMATION
All sales are final except in case of structurally defect items.
§ 3 SHIPPING COSTS
In cases of structurally defect, VV KG will cover shipping costs. In all other cases, this falls to the customer.
§ 4 WARRANTY
does not cover damages that are caused by customer negligence, mishandling or weather conditions. Pleasenote that instruments are made of wood and wood is a natural product. Coloration and wood structure may differ from instrument to instrument in the same price category, and may not be as in the photos. This is however not astructural defect of the product.
§ 5 PRIVACY POLICY
